BREAKING DOWN WALLS:  VVA Veteran Contributing Writer Paul Rogers offers an appreciation of the work of the late Wayne Miller, the former chair of VVA’s National Veterans Incarcerated Committee, and his pioneering role in VVA’s long and storied history of advocacy for veterans incarcerated and in the criminal justice system.
